Shipping Location:
We have shipping centers in both Canada and Asia. We will select shipping center according to our buyer's destination and inventory status in 2 shipping warehouses.

Shipping Method and Arrival time:
Buyer can select Airmail or Express Post to ship the order. Airmail is cheaper and will take about 2 to 4 weeks to arrive most countries,Express is a little bit more expensive($14/parcel higher than airmail) but much more fast(1 to 2 weeks arrive) and reliable.

Airmail parcel can be traced in www.track-chinapost.com .

Express Post parcel can be tracked in EMS official website.

Buyers in USA, Canada, Denmark, Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden can track the parcel in their local postal service websites.

If buyer does not get tracking number 2 days after payment, or can not track the parcel correctly, please Contact Us immediately.

Shipping Fee:
Postage is subject to the weight of each order, you can see the shipping fee amount in the shopping cart check out page.
Buyer with order amount over US$1000 can negotiate shipping fee with us, Please Contact Us to get shipping discount before payment.

Return Policy:
Buyer can return the goods in 30 days after receiving the parcel. Original packing must be well kept. Returning shipping fee will be at buyer's cost. Once we get buyer's return, we will refund the buyer payment excluding shipping fee and 10% restocking fee.

Warranty:
We have 90 days limited warranty for all of our products. All defective products will be replaced at our discretion. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs and 10% restocking fee from refund value. Original packing must be well kept.
